- Custom-Made Products
All furniture produced by YS FURNITURE STUDIO HOME s.r.o. is custom-made according to the customer’s individual requirements.
For this reason, custom-made products are not subject to return, cancellation, or refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer law exceptions.
- Exceptions – Manufacturing Defects
Returns or refunds are possible only in the case of a proven manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the approved specification.
The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- improper use
- mechanical damage caused by the customer
- damage caused during improper transportation by the customer
- Complaint Procedure
In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify the seller without undue delay.
The complaint must include:
- a detailed description of the defect
- photo or video documentation
- order number or proof of purchase

- Resolution of Complaints
If the complaint is justified, the seller may, at its discretion:
- repair the product
- replace the product
- provide an appropriate price reduction
Refunds in cash are not guaranteed and are handled individually depending on the situation.
- Personal Pickup and Delivery
Personal pickup from the warehouse in Prague is possible by prior arrangement.
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Governing Law
This Returns & Refunds Policy is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
