Delivery and Lead Times

Production of custom-made products takes 10 to 21 business days. If an item is available in stock, delivery from the production facility to the warehouse in Prague may take up to 14 business days.
The maximum total lead time from order confirmation to arrival at the warehouse in Prague may be up to 35 business days.

From the warehouse in Prague, free self-pickup is available at a pre-agreed time.
Delivery within the city of Prague is free of charge, and the delivery time is always agreed in advance with the manager.

Delivery within the Czech Republic and to other EU countries is handled by a third-party logistics company. Delivery costs are agreed individually and paid by the customer separately upon receipt of the goods. Delivery time is pre-arranged in all cases.

An order is considered accepted only after a 50% advance payment or full payment has been made

Yes, you can pay by bank card.
