2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by private customers (B2C) and business customers (B2B) through the website, by email, phone, or via messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber).
3. Order Process
An order can be placed via the website, by contacting the seller directly, or via messengers.
Before production starts, the following details are confirmed with the customer:
- product specification
- dimensions
- materials and colors
- price
- production and delivery time
The order becomes binding only after confirmation by the seller.
4. Order Acceptance and Payment
An order is considered accepted after payment of:
- 50% advance payment, and
- the remaining 50% before shipment or upon personal pickup from the warehouse in the Czech Republic.
Payment methods:
- bank transfer
- cash payment
The seller reserves the right to suspend production until the advance payment is received.
5. Production Time
All furniture is custom-made.
The standard production time is 10–21 business days, unless otherwise agreed individually.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available within:
- the Czech Republic
- the European Union
Delivery is provided by an external transport company.
Delivery costs are paid by the customer, except for free delivery within Prague.
The maximum total time from order confirmation to delivery to the warehouse in Prague is up to 35 business days.
7. Personal Pickup
Free personal pickup from the warehouse in Prague is available by prior agreement.
8. Custom-Made Products
All products are manufactured according to the customer’s individual requirements.
Therefore, custom-made goods are not subject to return or withdrawal, in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions.
9. Warranty
The seller provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- improper use
- mechanical damage caused by the customer
10. Complaints and Defects
In case of manufacturing defects, the customer must contact the seller without undue delay.
The complaint must include a description of the defect and photo or video documentation.
If the defect is confirmed, the seller will:
- repair the product, or
- replace the product, or
- provide an appropriate price reduction
11. Changes to the Order
Changes to the order are possible only before production starts.
Once production has begun, changes are no longer possible.
12. Liability
The seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or by third-party transport providers.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
